Today went by swiftly. I made a visible and strategic placement of Paloma’s turquoise bathing suit photograph at my desk for all to see. I few of my coworkers took notice.
I telephoned Paloma during my lunch hour and we had a very pleasant chat.
“My car window is still broken,” Paloma answered as to one of the reasons she has not come by to Alameda to visit me.
I sure do miss her. I have no plans for this Friday night. I don’t feel like going out with Jim after witnessing his sexually explicit actions in that men’s room stall at the gay skating rink last night. I actually mentioned the incident to him over the phone today.
He simply chose to shy away from the subject by saying, “Oh, I was just fidgeting around.”
I haven’t received a return phone call from the handsome Rick Clark. I called him yesterday evening and once during this very evening. I will make sure that’s my last attempt to reach out to him.

I only wish that Paloma could see me this Friday night. I think she’s going to see that Matt Furlong character. Ask me if I care? Yes, I do. I just hope she realizes it.
I ate at pop’s tonight. That was nice. I also had a lengthy telephone conversation with Paloma tonight about her stewardess career aspirations. She also mentioned her past experience into the make-up artist industry world while living in Paris. She confessed about her poor choice of friends ‘at one time’ which led her into a world of drug addiction with heroin. I was surprised to hear that news.
I believe I cheered her up when I said, “I’m glad you’re here now and away from all of that crap!”
I detected a smile from her via the telephone wires after I uttered those words; however, I did hear her blow a gust of cigarette smoke after I said it. It’s as if I was talking to Marlene Dietrich. How chic is that? The passion and mystery of her excites me.
DYNASTY was cool tonight. It’s time for bed now. I will call Paloma while under the covers to see how things are with her. We talk and it is for hours…but it seems like only minutes.I believe I cheered her up when I said, “I’m glad you’re here now and away from all of that crap!”

"Alexis is a very complex woman, who seems to inspire passion in people. You either love her or you hate her. And she seems to enjoy it either way.”
